EQUIPMENT:
The equipment (badge, program) is picked up on Thursday, May 4 from 11 am and until Friday, 5 pm, at the Leacock Building, 855 Sherbrooke Street West, Montréal, QC H3A 0G4.

 

HEADSET for TRANSLATION:
Headset will be retrieved and returned daily to the activity area:

➤ Thursday pick-up from 1 pm, returned between 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm, Pollack Hall​ (555 Sherbrooke street west, Montréal)

➤ Friday from 8 am, Leacock Building. return before 5pm.

Please provide ID to receive your helmet. Your identification will be given back to you after the helmet is brought back.

Practical information

AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATMs)
➤ They may be found in the following buildings : Burnside Hall (Basement), McConnell (ground floor) and Bronfman (basement).
 
LOST AND FOUND OBJECTS
➤ If you have lost an item, you can call Security at 514-398-4556.
 
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
➤ To report an emergency, call 911 and then 514 398-3000, (Campus security) using one of the campus phones or your cell phone.
 
GETTING AROUND MONTRÉAL BY BUS AND METRO
➤ McGill University's downtown campus is located near McGill metro (green line) as well as several bus lines.  Please visit stm.info for maps and rate information.

BY BIKE
➤ BIXI selfservice bikes are available near the McGill metro. Rate for one-way use is $2.95 or $5 for 24 hours. Payment by credit card.
 
MONTRÉAL-TRUDEAU AIRPORT
To get to the airport, you can take one of the following modes of transportation from downtown Montréal:
➤ Taxis – about $40 one way
➤ The 747 Bus (24 hours/day, 7 days/week)
Bus travels between Montréal-Trudeau airport and Montréal bus station (metro Berri-UQAM) – $10 per trip.
