Information regarding the parallel sessions' intervenants:
Registered intervenants who will not have the possibility to physically attend the Conference will be offered the possibility to speak, and to attend the scientific programme, in videoconference. In that case, an individual link will be sent by the organizing team a few days before the Conference.
Note: all parallel sessions' intervenants must pay the registration fees or send their order form befors May 31st, 2021, otherwise their intervention will be deleted of the programme.
Information regarding poster presenters:
Registered poster persenters who will not have the possibility to physically attend the Conference will have the possibility to attend the scientific programme in videoconference and to send, at their own expense, their printed poster at the following address:

Each presenter entrusts Science&You's organization team the care of displaying their poster in the dedicated area, in the Conference Center. The poster will not be sent back after the event.

Informations regarding other delegates:
Science&You will offer the possibility to attend the scientific programme by videoconference, for all registered delegates who will not be able to physically be present at the Conference. In that case, an individual link will be sent by the organizing team a few days before the Conference.
