REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION FEES 

The fees include registration for both the "Journées Hubert Curien" Conference and the "Science and Culture" Forum. (Access to the forum is free for the general public: the participation fees listed below apply to the exhibitors) 

They include :
> access to all the conferences and workshops of the JHC Conference and the "Science and Culture" Forum
> coffee breaks
> congressists' kit (conference bag, programme…)
> dissemination of the proceedings of the Conference 
> badges
> participation certificate

* Reduced fee concerns :
- Employees of the Université de Lorraine

- Employees from structures belong to the Réseau Hubert Curien
(ADCPE, La Vigie de l’eau, CNAM Lorraine, CNRS délégation centre Est, Conservatoire et jardins botaniques de Nancy, CPIE de Nancy Champenoux, Domaine de Lindre, INRA Nancy, INRIA Nancy grand Est, INSERM grand Est, MJC centre social Nomade, MJC Savouret, centre Belle Etoile, Epinal, Museum Aquarium de Nancy, Université de Lorraine, Association des Petits Débrouillards du Grand Est, Supelec, Tech Tic and Co, Claude Leclerc (collectif exposciences)

- Employees from structures that have signed a partnership agreement (specifying the reduced fees) with the Université de Lorraine in the framework of the project Science&You : members of the AMCSTI, members of the Association des Communicateurs Scientifiques du Québec

GALA EVENING

A gala evening will take place on Thursday, June 4th (7pm to 11pm), at the Abbaye des Prémontrés. Buffet dinatoire and music band. The fees will be of 60€ (registration online during the registration for the Conference only - limited number of places).
